Difference Between Gecko And Lizard
The gecko differs from a lizard in many physical aspects. If a gecko has wider toes and big eye pupils apart from possessing a scaly skin, a lizard possesses four legs with moving eyelids and are cold-blooded. A gecko lays eggs in four to five pairs, whereas a lizard lays eggs in a nest and hatches them inside their bodies. The general diet for a gecko consists of butterflies, millipedes and cockroaches.
