President Obama’s economic stimulus package is actually more beneficial for the first time home buyers and eases some mortgage plans. After the series of foreclosures that took place in the last couple of years, several Americans have been rendered homeless. Most of them live in rented homes and the mortgage companies are stuck with foreclosed properties with no buyers market.
Eviction laws actually differ from state to state. Overall they have some grounded rules that cannot be changed. It is easy for a landlord to turn off the water and electricity or deprive the tenant of some basic amenities. However, these are legally not alright and the landlord might have to pay a price for that.
